Manage and maintain all project-related documentation, records, and reports.
Ensure accurate filing, organization, and version control of project materials.
Provide administrative support for meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related administrative inquiries and communication.
Facilitate effective communication and information flow between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Assist in preparing project correspondence, forms, and various project reports.
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and provide timely updates.
Attend site meetings when required and prepare detailed meeting reports.
Perform general administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the project team.
Ensure all administrative processes are in line with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience in administrative roles.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar administrative support position.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Close attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Willingness to conduct site visits and attend site meetings as required.
Experience supporting project teams in construction or interior design is an added advantage but not mandatory.
