Assist in clerical and administrative work.
Handle document control, distribution, filing, and archiving of project correspondence, documentation, and drawings for both hard copy and soft copy, both incoming and outgoing.
Handle general emails regarding correspondence, drawings, etc., including sorting and recording.
Be responsible for the quality of documents and forms, ensuring they are kept according to procedures.
Control the issuance and receipt of documents and drawings by cataloging and indexing.
Attend to any general telephone calls, inquiries, and handle any dispatches, recording all outgoing documents.
Perform any administration or documentation work assigned by managers, including printing, emailing, binding, and sorting.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Diploma in Business Admin with minimum 3 years working experience.
Expert to use office words, excel, power point and outlook.
Experience in project documentation and prepare report.
Experience in handling Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Order (DO), Purchase Request (PR), Invoice and MRN.
Able to communicate with people and keep track project progress.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
