Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely delivery. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including proposals, progress reports, and meeting minutes. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution. Support the preparation of SOPs, policies, and work instructions where required. Assist in sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and preparing purchase orders. Prepare Notice to Invoice (NTI) for completed project deliverables. Ensure Service Confirmation is obtained and properly documented before invoicing. Liaise with the finance department to issue invoices and follow up on payment progress. Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports for the BSV team. Arrange meetings, travel, and schedules for project personnel.

Qualifications & Experience



Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. 1-3 years' experience in administrative or project support roles. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project coordination tools. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
