At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the service/ maintenance/ property / real estate management field is required for this position.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and capability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem solving skills.
Ability to make good decisions as well as ability to accomplish multiple tasks in limited time frames.
Able to meet deadline.
Ability to efficiently organizing digital files, folders and as well as hard-copy filing.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist project coordinator
Keep track of budgets and project expenditures
Keep the project calendar up to date
Scheduling meetings
Prepare all requested documents
Create project progress reports
Deliver and collect documents
Other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned
