Job Description

We are looking for an

Electrical Project Coordinator

to support project operations, including preparing electrical single-line diagrams (SLD), handling worker documentation, managing procurement activities, and controlling project costing. The candidate will work closely with the project team, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities1. Technical & Documentation



Prepare and update

electrical single-line diagrams (SLD)

. Assist in preparing basic technical documents and drawings for submission. Maintain worker name lists, project files, permits, and related documentation.

2. Procurement & Admin Support



Prepare

quotations

,

purchase orders (POs)

, and price comparison sheets. Coordinate with suppliers for materials, pricing, and delivery schedules. Monitor and update material usage and stock records.

3. Project & Cost Control



Assist in tracking

project costing

, budget updates, and expenses. Compile daily/weekly site reports. Support project team in scheduling, planning, and administrative tasks.

4. Coordination



Liaise with internal teams, site supervisors, workers, and external parties. Ensure all required documents are submitted on time.

Requirements



Diploma / Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field. Basic knowledge of

electrical drawings

(SLD). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Experience in preparing quotations & POs is an advantage. Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Pay: RM2,071.09 - RM3,744.17 per month
