To handle project tender process such as study project requirements, terms and conditions
Preparation of bidding documents, including compile information for intended project bidding adhere to clearly defined standards and requirements
Coordinate with business partners for submission and compliance
Data entry and updating of company profiles and track record, ensure all documents are in order and updated
Assist in preparation of main contract(s)
Assist in monitor and preparation of progress claims, final accounts and certificate, as well as sub-cons\xe2\x80\x99 claims
Client/Site visit if required
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in QS, Business Admin or equivalent
2 years and above of experience
Meticulous and organised
Strength in document control and upkeep
Familiar with tender procedure is an advantage
Resourceful and a team worker
Able to commit in meeting deadline and multitasking with ad-hoc task
Good communication skill
Language proficiency: English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must
