The opportunity

Join our team and you will help support important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. You will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources, methodologies and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY\'s growth and profitability.

Your key responsibilities

As Project Admin, you will be a part of our project team to support the administrative task in Finance:

  • Responsible to process and monitor purchase order
  • Responsible for the processing of vendor invoices in VIM system and ensure appropriate approval is obtained in accordance with the approval matrix
  • Prepare vendor payments as per payment cycles
  • Exercise diligence in ensuring that all transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner
  • First point of contact on all invoice or payment related queries/issues
  • Maintenance of vendor master data and ensure that all vendor information is sufficiently supported
  • Assist in the compilation of payables information e.g spend report
  • Be involved in month-end accounts close and help out on audit or tax-related matters
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as and when required
To qualify for the role, you must have
  • A graduate in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance or related courses
  • Experience in using ERP systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • Positive and pro-active mindset and a team player
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
