Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Interior Design & Architecture
• Required skill(s): construction, interior design, Project Coordination And Management.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Fluency in verbal local Chinese dialects is needed to communicate effectively with our contractors.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Mayang, Petaling Jaya.
• Applicants must have personal transport and willing to travel to sites.

• Responsible for complete submission of quotation and invoices between head office and project contractor/ suppliers.
• Responsible for the team\'s administrative duties which includes drafting letters for the local council and completing payments.
• Recording meeting minutes to ensure all information between head office and contractors/ suppliers are acknowledged.
• Communicating project progress and needs to management/ requestor
• Implementation and monitoring of project work
• Preparation for new brand and concept openings
• Supporting overseas outlet openings
• Assisting in design and drawing submission
• Assisting in sourcing for new and better suppliers
