Finding and securing suitable hostel arrangements for staff members. Applying for and setting up Wi-Fi services for project sites. Managing applications for seasonal parking permits. Coordinating the arrangement and replacement of faulty furniture between outlets. Preparing and maintaining documentation related to HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) projects. Applying for and managing the necessary business licenses. Creating and managing business email accounts and Google Business profiles. Registering for Boost Business Merchant services online. Organizing and scheduling pest control services as needed. Coordinating with the warehouse to prepare and deliver project items for contractors and new outlets. Creating and managing project schedules using Gantt charts to track progress and deadlines. Ad hoc task assigns by superior.

Work Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Administration, Management, or related fields. Relevant experience in administration. Own transportation required for on-site visits to each location. Ability to work independently and as a team.
