SITE ADMIN (FACILITY)
Duty And Responsibility
To provide administrative support for the project department delivery team eg: project documentation, record filing, project scheduling and tracking, communication, etc.
To organise calendars and arrange meetings for project team.
To liaise closely with contract and commercial department on all documentation
To assist in report writing and presentation materials.
To assist in ad-hoc task as arranged
Inter-department communication
Draft and type the directed letter
Manage correspondence
Maintain and manage site equipment in custody
Manage outgoing and incoming receipts or invoices
Sending emails to specific organizations, customers, companies or bodies
Prepare the reports required by the client
Perform other duties as directed from time to time
Qualification, Experience and Requirements
At Least Diploma / Degree In Civil Engineering or Building Architecture
At Least 2-3 Years Of Working Experience as site administrator
Excellent In MS Office Software
Task, Milestones, Deadlines And Result Oriented
Ability To Perform Independently With Minimum Supervision
Good Oral And Written Communication And Inter Personal Skills (English And Malay)
Good Team Player With Strong Disruptive Leadership
