Job description
To carry out general site office administration duties and tasks of our projects.
Responsible to handle warehouse or store at sites.
To coordinate with purchaser and closely monitor inventory level at sites to prevent low stock level
Liaise with purchaser for stock replenishment instructed by supervisor or project manager.
Preparing, applying, renewing and filing all permits or passes required for all staffs at sites.
Preparing report and liaise to all necessary departments at HQ.
To produce and process drawing using AutoCAD.
To create plans details and drawings for precast structural projects.
To receive, record update and file all project documents and drawing.
Any other ad-hoc / duties / projects that may be assigned by supervisor or project manager as and when required.
Job Requirements
High School or SPM graduate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Required skill (s) : MS Office, AutoCAD (basic knowledge of AutoCAD), Schematic for Mechanical & Electrical.
Minimum 1 year of working experience.
Possess good personal attitude that comes with job responsibility & dedication.
Willing to work overtime, on rest day or Public Holiday if needed.
Willing to travel and be able to work at project site.
Have own transport

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
