Job Description

Collect, prepare, and organize all project-related documentation including contracts, drawings, permits, approvals, and correspondence.

Assist in the preparation, compilation, and submission of project progress reports to internal teams and clients.

Manage the process of work permit applications, renewals, and compliance documentation in coordination with relevant authorities.

Maintain an up-to-date and systematic filing system for all project documents, both physical and electronic.

Coordinate with project managers and sales personnel to gather data for reports, schedules, and presentations.

Follow up on outstanding documents and approvals to avoid project delays.

Support procurement and contract administration by preparing documentation and tracking submissions.

Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and distribute action items.

Assist in invoice processing and budget tracking by maintaining accurate records and supporting documentation.

Ensure all project documentation adheres to company policies, quality standards, and client contractual requirements.

Facilitate smooth communication between internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and regulatory bodies.

Perform any other administrative duties as assigned to support project delivery.

REQUIREMENT:



Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (preferred).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

Familiar with e-Invoice system

Proficient in project management software and tools.

Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
