Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and distribute action items.
Assist in invoice processing and budget tracking by maintaining accurate records and supporting documentation.
Ensure all project documentation adheres to company policies, quality standards, and client contractual requirements.
Facilitate smooth communication between internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and regulatory bodies.
Perform any other administrative duties as assigned to support project delivery.
