As our Project Administrator, you'll be the backbone of project operations -- from the first cost estimate to final handover. You'll work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and our internal team to prepare project takeoffs, manage quotations, issue purchase orders, and keep financial records in check. Your reports and coordination will help keep every project on time, on budget, and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare Taking-Off / Bill of Quantities (BQ) for acquired projects.
Consolidate project details and share with suppliers/subcontractors.
Collect subcontractor quotations, prepare cost comparisons, and review with superior.
Issue Letters of Award / Purchase Orders to selected parties.
Compile quotations/invoices and coordinate with Finance for payments.
Prepare weekly progress reports, completion reports, and final defect/inspection lists.
Qualifications
Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome! (1-2 years of relevant experience is a bonus.)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Google Sheets; basic understanding of AutoCAD/SketchUp.
Comfortable communicating in English and Bahasa Melayu. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
