Job Responsibilities:

To assist in strategic initiative to consolidate procurement activities at Asia Pacific level.
Provide timely cost information on purchasing price and material cost that are aligned to the project planning and
business requirement.
Identify and implement innovative solution on identified problem.
Good understanding of common manufacturing practices and method in the industry.
Ensure OTD and cost saving for project procurement activities.
Work with GSC on the pricing negotiation and quotation review
Coordinate between suppliers and technical/operation team.
Participate in project review meeting and actively contribute from sourcing/procuring point of view.
Strong collaboration internally with Technical, Sales, Global Supply Chain and Plant Execution to achieve
optimum purchasing route.
Involved in the project bidding and margin analysis.
Any other ad hoc assignments.

Job requirements:

Able to work independently with minimal supervision and highly discipline.
Excellence communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work within tight schedule and deadline.
Basic know how on logistic and import/export rules and regulation.
Creative thinker and able to identify and implement supply management tools
Continuous improvement drive
Knowledge in programming and database preferred.
A degree in technical or engineering is preferred but experience is highly valued.
