Job description Business / Project Analyst Start date: 3rd July 2023 Base salary/month: MYR 3,000.00 - MYR 3,500.00/month 9.00 am to 6.00 pm | 5 days per week Menara Shell, KL Contract Duration: 12 months At least 1 or 2 visits per month, travel for site visits to review project progress or engagement with regional Area Office. Minimum years of experience: 2\xe2\x80\x935 years working experience. Purpose Mobility Malaysia has one of the biggest company-owned (CO) portfolios in Shell Asia and earmarked as a Giant Growth market. It is also the most active in terms of planning, real estate transactions and project delivery ie NTI opening and Value Add projects (PKDR/COLO DT etc) The Business/Project Analyst primary role is to ensure Mobility Network Planning and Real Estate centralize project reporting, project phasing , execution activities and Network Value Block management are in order and compliance to Network Imperatives , procedures and where applicable - L2 contractual requirements The Business/Project Analyst plays an integrator and consolidator of key information and provide advisory role to the Network Delivery Manager, Network Planning Manager and Real Estate portfolio manager, on matters of forecasting and business value performance. This role is also to support existing Network Analyst serving as the control point for data quality control in term of accuracy, uniqueness and completeness. Overview This role requires skills and appropriate experience in handling related Shell Power BI system and ability to process input to reporting for Network stakeholders. Reporting not limited but include Network Value Block and Fit4 reporting. The role also requires some ability to provide updates and recommendation of output reports on monthly basis or as required by Network Delivery Manager, Network Planning Manager and Real Estate portfolio manager Accountabilities Responsible to ensure Mobility Network Planning and Real Estate centralize project phasing and detailed execution activities summary are in order and compliance to Network Imperatives , procedures and per L2 contractual requirements, which includes Managed data input from Shell Power BI- reconcile site business performance data, tracking and other related reporting Track and analyse all aspects business value delivery per agreed business plan ie NTI/S, VA General / HPC / Solar Track and analyse Network Value Block reporting for Malaysia Collect data on consumers, competitors and marketplace and consolidating information into actionable items and report Tracking and analyzing Network L2 contract ACV and OPEX spending using necessary GSAP reporting for Network team leads as required to ensure within mandate Coordinate and track progress and reporting action related to CAPEX program for asset under construction (AuC) & refundable deposits Act on behalf of Network Council members as Network Council secretary, where task include review proposal for presentation in accordance to requirement and proper minutes and action is tracked by action owner and documentation stored properly in sharepoint Requirement Min 2-5 years working experience. Good organizational skills Good written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented with the ability to analyze data and make recommendations Stakeholder management - ability to build relationships with team outside of Network Fluent in Business English and Bahasa Malaysia Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent Disciplined for timely report generation, necessary escalation to ensure project planning is per schedule Proficient and experience in Microsoft Excel
