Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
On-site coordination and supervision for residential renovation contracts
Monitor and check renovation work progress of contractors, sub-contractors, architect and internal designers
Monitor and manage timeliness & quality of work
Perform any other related work as and when required (testing and commissioning)
Perform hands on Fit-Out coordination works with contractors and suppliers

REQUIREMENTS
Possess a Degree/ Diploma in Interior Design/ Architecture/Building Construction or its equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
Candidates with sound working experience specializing in Architecture or Interior designing works would be advantageous
Possesses own laptop to work
Offered to only Male Candidates
With Car Transport, entitile for allowances
