- Project Assistant ~ JULUNG SEMENANJUNG SDN BHD
- Prepare quotation, invoice, purchase order & tender document
- Prepare all necessary reports/records for technical documentations - (Method of Statement, Job Safety Analysis and etc)
- Interpret technical drawing
- Plan, organize and manage project timelines to ensure on time completion
- Assist project manager in daily coordination, planning and execution of the project plan
- Attend site meeting and prepare report of project progress
- Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers & government authorities
- Attend site visit
- Handle permit to work
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering
- At least an experiences 3 until 5 years in civil engineering
- Knowledge in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project Management (CPM) is an advantage
- Knowledge in disludging works & waste would be an advantage too
- Good communication and teamwork
- Can work extra hour due to job requirement & completion
- Possess own transport (D/DA)
