Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
Prepare and update progress reports, site records, and meeting minutes.
Support cost monitoring, verify contractor claims, and control material usage.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities to resolve site issues.
Ensure all site activities comply with safety and environmental regulations.
Clerical/ Adminitration job to report back to the office.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
2-3years of experience in construction, property development, or project management.
Good understanding of construction drawings, methods, and relevant regulations.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or project management software is an advantage
