Project Conveyancing Lawyer
Job Description
: * To handle housing and commercial development developers\xe2\x80\x99 legal issues * To handle and attends signings of Sale and Purchase Agreement and Loan Documentation * To do thorough legal research * To prepare legal opinion, legal advice and to review legal and non-legal documents, Requirements: * No active legal practice in conveyancing required * Candidate must possess at least LL.B qualifications , Bachelor\'s Degree in Law or equivalent with Practicing Certificate. * Fluent in written and spoken Malay, Chinese and English languages * Able to work independently in a fast pace environment with minimal supervision * Able to meet deadlines * Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude * Computer literate with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel and possess own transport Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Yearly bonus
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- conveyancing: 2 years (Preferred)
