Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate awning projects from sales confirmation to installation completion. Liaise between Sales, Drafter, Operations, Site Team, and Admin. Prepare and monitor project schedules and timelines. Handle project documentation including drawings, work orders, and reports. Monitor site progress and resolve on-site issues. Coordinate installers, workers, and subcontractors. Ensure installation quality and safety standards are met. Handle customer inquiries and project-related issues. Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field. Minimum 1-3 years working experience in construction, awning, metal works, or related industries. Able to read and understand basic technical drawings. Good communication and coordination skills. Well-organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure. Willing to travel to project sites. Possess valid driving license.
