Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate communication between internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation (e.g. reports, meeting minutes, work plans).
Track project timelines, deliverables, and budget expenditures.
Help organize and facilitate project meetings, site visits, and workshops.
Support procurement processes and liaise with vendors as required.
Monitor project implementation and support problem-solving when issues arise.
Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
Prepare regular project status updates and reports for the management team.
What We're Looking For
Minimum
Diploma/Degree
in Project Management, Business Administration, Development Studies, Engineering, or a related field.
At least
1-2 years
of experience in project coordination or administrative support role.
Experience in a development, construction, non-profit, or corporate project environment is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
