Overall planning, coordination & preparing technical documents for the project team including Bills of Quantities, tender reports, certificate and other project administrative support.
Prepare tendering related documents.
Manage and prepare project document transmittals in timely manner to customer and supplier.
Report any significant situation of documentation to project engineer.
Assist in coordination of Purchase Order and Delivery Order.
Communicate and liaise with forwarding agent for product delivery and custom related matter.
Manage other ad-hoc duties& tasks assigned.
Qualifications:
Diploma / Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Engineering or equivalent.
1-3 years working experience in related field is required.
Good communication, negotiation and telemarketing skills.
Knowledge in computer applications eg. Microsoft word, excel.
Basic knowledge and experience in QHSE.
