Project Coordinator / Business Administrator

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and progress tracking.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Prepare project documents, reports, budgets, and expense records.
Follow up with vendors, contractors, and suppliers on deliverables.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and office support.
Support management with ad-hoc projects and administrative duties.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
1-3 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates may also apply).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Mandarin (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
