Collaborate with Management, Operations Managers and site Supervisors, to create project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Assist in procurement and logistics planning for materials and equipment.
Monitor project progress, site workers (including truck drivers, wheel loader/ excavator operators), identify potential issues, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
Prepare and update project status reports, ensuring accurate and timely communication with internal teams and clients.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Assist in resource allocation, including manpower and equipment, to meet project requirements.
Monitor operational activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
Assist in conducting regular safety inspections, reporting any safety concerns, and rectifying safety concerns to ensure workplace safety.
Serve as a point of contact for clients and consultants, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on project status.
Foster positive client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Assist with analysis of project progress through on-site observation and data analysis to identify areas for performance improvement.
Assist with spend analysis to reduce project budget wastage and leakage.

Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering, Construction and Building Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or Maritime related degrees are preferred.
Must possess Class 3 driving license as need to manage various job sites independently.
Willing to be hands-on and lead workers from the front.
Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in basic computer software, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Must be highly adaptable to working at various job sites, including exposure to outdoor working environments.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Flexible working arrangement, must be willing to work long and irregular hours, including on weekends if projects are operational.
