Manage and coordinate the Maintenance team including contractors related to maintenance to ensure smooth operation in all service and maintenance activities in offices and clubhouses. 2. To develop and review the maintenance checklists so that all important facilities and safety and health matters are taken care of. 3. Follow up on all maintenance services, requests, and repairs pertaining to office and clubhouses and ensure coordinating with concerned departments to action them without any delays. 4. To monitor routine maintenance tasks to ensure all repairs and scheduled maintenance responsibilities are carried out in a timely and accurate manner. 5. To manage maintenance team work schedule, leave application, staff claim, and prepare monthly reports. 6. To manage the hotline numbers for the maintenance team. 7. Work closely with Project Manager to provide the utmost support to ensure the smooth operation of maintenance works. 8. This position reports directly to the Project Manager Job Requirements: - \xe2\x80\xa2 Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 1 to 2 years of experience in maintenance & facility management will be an advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to start work with a short notice period.
