Project Coordinator Cum Admin Executive (1 Year Contract)

Job Description

Job Scope:



1.Prepare drawings for Senior Project Manager which needed for discussion in the meeting and prepare detail drawings when required.

2. Attending coordination meeting to assist Senior Project Manager & Project Manager for documents compilations, provide information required which given by Ride Vendors and notes down important information in the coordination meetings for further actions.

3. Data collection for all documents given by vendor or project manager.

4. Prepare Site progress report every month.

5. Preparations on PR & PO and invoice compilation for Finance to prepare payment.

6. Compiling quotation to vendor or client for Finance to do billing.

7. Liaises with Genting procurement for purchase request in the Ariba System. Site visit and sample requesting to procure if require.

8. Sourcing / Procuring and issue quotation to submit in Ariba System.

9. Prepare whichever documents needed or requested from Director, Senior Project Manager & Project manager as example: handover form, quotations, summary of project costing, etc

10. Receive, collect, and compile logistic documents from shipping line, make a copy for own record purpose and send back the original copies to client.

11. Assist on preparing and submit overall staff attendance and OT claims. Including Director, Project managers claim submission.

12. Assist on receiving, recording and send out Maintenance Request to Maintenance Team to rectify or repair job needed in HQ or other outlets.

13. Prepare and monitor Staff Quarter list and rental summary for Finance to do billing.

14. Assist Senior Project manager on Tender submission documents, example: logistics layout plan, costing comparison, etc. whichever required in Tender submission list and for Director & Senior Project manager for review.

Candidate Requirements:



1. Minimum Diploma in Business Administration.

2. Minimum 2-3 years experience working as admin in construction/project industry.

3. Willing to travel to coordinate projects

4. Great with administration and documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
