You'll collaborate closely with
Project Managers
,
Sales
, and
Engineering
teams to oversee project progress, manage sales pipelines and ensure all client requirements are delivered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Coordination:
Support Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
Maintain accurate documentation, including layouts, quotations, and BOMs.
Prepare project reports and analyze performance data to identify improvement areas.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and align project objectives.
Technical Sales & CRM Support:
Work closely with the Sales team to manage client proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Track and update sales pipelines using
CRM systems
to ensure timely client follow-ups.
Conduct market and competitor research to support business development initiatives.
Assist in lead generation and conversion strategies to grow client engagement.
Support client communication and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder & Compliance Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with project standards and client requirements.
Identify risks and recommend corrective actions to maintain project integrity.
Ensure all activities align with internal policies and safety standards.
Who would fit us:
Diploma or higher
in
Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering
, or related field.
Minimum
3 years' experience
in
project coordination
or
technical sales
within an engineering or automation environment.
Strong communication, analytical, and client management skills.
Proficiency in
CRM tools
,
ERP systems (Monitor G5)
, and
AutoCAD/Draftsight 2D
is preferred.
Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
Proactive, results-driven, and capable of bridging both technical and commercial functions.
