Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to support the successful execution of multiple projects, while acting in a Project Manager capacity when required Assist in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Support the definition of project scope and objectives, involving relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Coordinate resource availability and allocation under the guidance of senior management Assist in developing detailed project plans to monitor and track project progress Support the management of changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques Monitor project performance using suitable project management tools (Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word) and techniques Prepare project status reports and escalate issues or risks to management as needed Assist in managing relationships with clients and key stakeholders Support risk management activities to minimize potential project risks Coordinate and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Meet with clients to gather detailed requirements and clarify project deliverables Assist in delegating tasks to junior team members based on their skills, strengths, and experience levels Track project performance to support the successful completion of short- and long-term project goals Assist in monitoring project budgets and supporting financial analysis to meet budgetary objectives Prepare and share project plans and updates with clients and internal team members Demonstrate and continue developing leadership and coordination skills Attend relevant training sessions, meetings, or conferences to maintain professional proficiency Perform other related duties as assigned Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document project requirements and workflows

Requirements :



Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management support roles Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Melayu is an added advantage) CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage but not mandatory Technical understanding of software and/or hardware projects is preferred Ability to work independently while supporting senior project management functions
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
