Job Description

Organize schedules for measurement & installation of cabinets , allocate resources, and maintain project timelines and task lists.

Coordinate meetings, create agendas, take minutes, and serve as a central point of contact for team members, vendors, suppliers and contractors

Conduct site visit of the project and ensure the project is coordinated well from time to time.

Monitor project progress against the plan, track project progress, and prepare status reports and other project documentation.

Highlight risks, issues, and changes to project plans and escalate them as necessary to keep the project on track.

Assist production managers with planning, administration, and risk tracking to ensure smooth project delivery.

Liaise with customer and coordinate with Interior Designer, production manager to meet customer requirements and update to production manager and management if there is any changes in the plan.

Qualifications & Requirements

At least 2 years of working experience in related field.

A diploma or bachelor's degree is frequently preferred in fields like Project Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for liaising with team members, clients, and suppliers.

Strong organizational skills are needed to manage project documentation, schedules, and tasks.

The ability to identify and help resolve issues that arise during a project is crucial.

The capability to prioritize tasks and ensure projects meet deadlines is a key requirement.

The ability to handle multiple projects and assignments at the same time is expected.

Ability to identify issues and think critically to find solutions.

Meticulous attention to detail is necessary for accurate documentation and scheduling.

Details:

6 Working Days/Week

Basic Salary: RM4,000 - RM6,000 (Based on performance & experience)

Transport Allowance provided ( Able to commute to project site as per planned)
