Job Summary
This position will be responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation, and delivery of real estate and construction projects, ensuring project quality, safety, and schedule compliance with company goals, and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with contractors, design consultants, and government agencies.
The ideal candidate will possess solid construction management experience and project coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and execute residential or commercial property development and renovation projects
Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
Coordinate the work of architects, contractors, and suppliers
Monitor construction quality, safety, and cost control
Review drawings, contract documents, and engineering change requests
Manage the performance of the project team and external partners
Regularly report on project progress and provide improvement suggestions
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in construction, renovation, or real estate development projects
Familiarity with local building standards, contracts, and construction processes
Excellent team management and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Excel
Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills
