Overview
IDC's Custom Solutions designs, develops and delivers content marketing services and market intelligence programs for ITC industry participants (vendors, providers, partners). We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator in our Project Management Office (PMO) to manage a large volume of research-based content marketing projects, ranging from speaking engagements through complex marketing assets.
To be successful as an IDC Project Coordinator you need to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, managing tight deadlines, and have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. You will be responsible for creating project workplans, working with project teams to adhere to schedules, and managing customer expectations and scope. This role includes project administration, documentation, and accounting.
Ultimately, the Project Coordinator's duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet IDC's quality standards and client expectations. IDC clients rely upon our content to influence customer perceptions, generate leads, engage prospects, and enable sales.
