  • Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in Security Management, Law Enforcement, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in security operations, with minimum 2-3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
  • Ex-Police / Ex-Military background is highly preferred.
  • Familiar with PIKM regulations, KDN licensing requirements, and security industry standards in Malaysia.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills - able to lead, motivate, and discipline large teams of security personnel.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills in handling incidents, emergencies, and operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
  • Computer literate (MS Office, scheduling systems, reporting tools).
  • Able to work under pressure, handle multiple assignments, and maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel to multiple sites as required.
  • Physically fit and able to respond effectively to emergency situations.
Tanggungjawab
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of security personnel across multiple sites.
  • Plan and implement manpower deployment, duty rosters, and site assignments effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and surprise checks to ensure compliance with company SOPs and client requirements.
  • Lead, train, and motivate security teams to maintain high standards of discipline, performance, and professionalism.
  • Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns, ensuring timely resolution and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for all operational matters.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports, incident reports, and management updates on a regular basis.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and licensing requirements (PIKM, KDN, and industry standards).
  • Support recruitment, selection, and training of security guards and supervisors.
  • Manage budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for security operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
