Job Description

:

1. To oversee and co-ordinate overall supervision and quality control.

2. To monitor site progress, workers and ensure project done accordingly to requirement, cost and time.

3. Responsible for general on-site technical and engineering matters and quality checks.

4. Co-ordinate and enforce safety and health measures on-site.

5. Supervise and check the site work according to drawing, specification and schedule according to DWGS, specifications and schedules.

6. To attend all project site meetings with the clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, authorities, etc.

7. Prepare and issue general project correspondences.

8. Able to prepare or interpret works programme and Critical Path Analysis is an added advantage.

9. Understand on ACAD or Microsoft Project is a bonus.

10. To prepare monthly Project Progress Reports for submission to client, consultant or any other reports as required by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirement:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering, Building or Quantity Surveying.

2. Well versed in liaising with clients, authorities, consultants, etc.

3. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, writing skills, computer literacy, and work under minimum supervision. Fluent in English, Malay and Chinese (Mandarin) is an added advantage.

4. Good working attitude, ability to organize, plan, meet deadlines, work well under pressure and be willing to work long hours when required.

5. Able to work with minimal supervision.

6. Experience in road work is preferable.

7. Willing to take up challenges and manage the project as work under the demanding environment such as rural area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
