Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for coordinating all post-handover activities for Intrix heat pump systems -- including breakdown response, preventive maintenance planning, spare-part tracking, and service reporting. Acts as the single communication point between hotels or clients and the internal technical team to ensure every operational system remains reliable and within performance targets.

Key Responsibility:

1. Maintain and update daily service schedules, breakdown logs, and technician deployment in the system.

2. Coordinate with hotel clients and facility teams to plan site visits, confirm access arrangements, and follow up on job completion.

3. Record and monitor all aftersales activities, including preventive maintenance, warranty claims, and spare part replacements.

4. Communicate with technicians and project teams to ensure timely attendance and closure of service cases.

5. Track service parts inventory, prepare request forms, and coordinate with the warehouse for dispatch and delivery.

6. Manage WhatsApp service groups and ensure prompt response from technicians or escalation when necessary.

7. Escalate urgent issues according to the established escalation chart and ensure timely response within the 30-minute target.

8. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on service performance, outstanding jobs, and client
feedback.

9. Maintain a central database of all aftersales customers, warranty periods, and service contract renewals.

10. Support the Aftersales Lead in monitoring manpower utilisation, response time, and client
satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Business Administration, Technical Management or equivalent.

1. Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.

2. Excellent communication and follow-up abilities in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

3. Computer literate -- proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

4. Able to work under pressure, handle urgent calls professionally, and coordinate multiple field teams simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
