Sern Kou Group is a Public Listed Company in Malaysia. Our company is expanding the business to the upstream sector in plantation development activities at the state of Kelantan. Thus, we would like to invite a talented project coordinator to assist us in site management. This role will receive the direct guidance from the Project Management team from the leading company. This role will be based in our PJ office. Jobscope: 1. Assist the Project Team in the managing the plantation operations, including planning, organizing, directing, executing, maintaining, and reporting plantation progress on aspects of land development, cost management, panting practices and procedures, to harvesting and system and methods. 2. Trip to Kelantan when necessary, to assist in auditing planting schedule, environment protection, asset maintenance, site safety or any ad-hoc task from time to time. 3. Maintain closely communication with the site team to keep track of day-to-day operations. 4. Review and monitor progress of the project plan to ensure outputs are delivered on time and with quality affirmation. 5. Ensure the facility adhere to standards for safety, quality, operational effectiveness and to regulatory requirements. 6. Perform costing record to be reviewed by management quarterly. 7. Assist HR department to recruit and manage all staffing requirements. 8. Assist Account department in documentation of necessary facilities\xe2\x80\x99 certification. 9. In-house Parking & In-house Canteen Job Requirements: 1. At least a Diploma in Agricultural studies or equivalent. 2. Must have at least grade B in Bahasa Melayu in SPM. 3. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. 4. Planning and schedule obsessive is a plus. 5. Candidate with Project Management Certificates (PMP/CPM/CPD) and/or being a Licensed DOSH Safety & Health Officer will have significant higher remuneration package. Application: 1. We focus on forestry development and management activities such as to replanting, harvesting and trading of Timber. SKSFD manage a forest, to specify Eucalyptus Forest at the moment, so that they are replanted and harvested in sustainable method. We are practicing carefully in order for the forest to continue to exist, whilst at the same time supplies natural resources to variety industries.
