Administrative and operational support for the Project Manager, ensuring technical deliverables are met on time and within budget. Organizing link between management, technical teams, vendors, and subcon. Coordinate the ordering, tracking, and delivery of specialized networking equipment to various sites. Serve as the primary liaison with third-party vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure schedules and service level agreements (SLAs) are met. Assist in managing job permits and ensuring compliance with site arrangement. Schedule and coordinate on-site activities. Track and monitor specific technical milestones and personnel. Manage and maintain project-specific technical records, including site surveys, as-built diagrams, network architecture documents, and test results. Prepare and present detailed status reports on progress, resource usage, and any technical roadblocks to the Project Manager and Clients.

Required Skills

Must have an understanding of Telecom/Networking concepts. Familiarity with software used for creating technical diagrams. Have an accurate record-keeping of configuration changes, inventory, and network diagrams. Ability to manage expectations and coordinate between internal IT/Engineering teams and external service providers/clients. The ability to quickly adjust schedules and priorities to handle unexpected issues common in infrastructure projects (e.g., equipment delays, site access issues, technical failures).
