- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work independently with good integrity and great sense of responsibility.
- Wiling to learn and with knowledge of design in building construction is an added advantage.
- To be based on assigned project site
- To handle day-to-day site operations
- To assist Project Manager on project planning, documentation and site coordination works
- To prepare daily site dairy and report site progress timely including monitor project schedule and update management on project progress from time to time
- Responsible for a proper filing system for project record and reference
- To involve in building construction and/or light industrial construction
- To perform site inspection and ensure project run according to drawings, specifications and requirements. Able to study construction drawings.
- To attend all site coordination discussion and meeting as arranged and assigned
- To coordinate closely with the client and consultants to resolve any technical and site matters
