As we transition into a
hybrid office operation
, we are looking for a
Project Coordinator
(preferably with an Interior Design background) to support our project team and ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and liaise with project-related parties until project completion
Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and issues
Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and records
Assist in budget planning and tracking of project expenditures
Prepare presentation materials and reports for meetings
Coordinate project meetings and follow up on action items
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams
Liaise with
China-based design teams
for design coordination
Manage Project workflows,Standard folder structures,Project templates and resources
Requirements
3-5 years experience in project coordination, interior design, or construction-related fields
Interior Design background is an advantage
Able to work independently and communicate clearly
Well-organised, responsible, and detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to communicate in English,Mandarin / Cantonese
