DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible to attend to customer / project inquires.

To fully involve in design development stage with design team.
To provide full design consultation service to the clients for all industries required design and built service.
Responsible for design, drafting and conceptual design including all design presentation, perspective drawings and construction drawings as per client requirement.
To prepare BQ, quotation submission, sample board proposal to client
To plan, co-ordinate and control project from site inception to completion.
Attend to project requirement on site visit, site measurements, site co-ordination and meeting
Follow up on material orders, verify suppliers and sub contractors' claims.
To prepare all claims submission & V.O. claims to client and to follow up with payment collection.
To ensure the project is completed on time, within budget and meeting quality standards.

Requirements:

Degree/ Diploma in Interior Design
Working experience in commercial and hospitality (hotel & restaurant) projects is an advantage.
2 years of working experience in interior design firm
Creative, innovative, independent, self motivated, discipline and good sense of responsibility.
Able to brief and meet client for design briefing and attend the client's requirement
Required skills: AutoCAD, 2D & shop drawing, interiCAD or 3D Max / 2020.
