Job Summary

We are now looking for a Project Director, to lead assigned customer projects securing that project goal are met, customers\' expectations are fulfilled, and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.

Responsibilities:

• Establish the project plan baseline by defining the project scope, securing necessary resources, and planning and monitoring all activities.
• Drive project execution by tracking project activities, monitoring and handling changes, conflicts, and critical issues.
• Handle customer and partner engagement by managing customer relationships, building confidence and trust, and ensuring project progress by arranging meetings and customer events.
• Handle project finance by ensuring financial system monitoring.
• Develop the business by participating in contract preparation and pre-sales meetings.
• Develop the CPM (Contract Performance Management) discipline by simplifying processes, methods, and tools with creative ideas.

• Education: Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum years of experience: 10-15 years in the telecommunication industry.
• Domain experience: RAN and Microwave (Design and Optimization).
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, persuading & influencing skills.
• Financial acumen and analysis skills.
• Business understanding.
• Consultative selling skills.
• Customer and market insight.
• Project management skills.
• Occupational Health & Safety (OHS).
• Leading and supervising.
• Planning and organizing.
• Proficiency with the English language.

• PMI certifications - the CPM is expected to be certified on the job stage that she/he holds.
