Job Description

In your new role you will: Plans, organizes, and controls the project/ sub-projects with moderate complexity (up to Project classification class C), risk, impact and reach. Manages diverse project team with members of multiple functions across IFX and a complex project structure. Manages and controls the entire project life-cycle and ensures hand-over to sustaining function. Organizes the activities and resources needed for the project to ensure timely release of each milestone. Fully responsible for all operational decisions in the project and for the successful achievement of all project targets (time, quality, cost and budget). Be the key communication interface (for project related matters), representing Back End to other Infineon Divisions (e.g. Business lines, Central Functions e.g. Finance, PTI, FE Fabs, etc.). Forms and leads the project team and assigns responsibilities within project to Project Managers of sub-projects and Project Members. Use IFX project management tools to structure projects, control progress and for reporting and documentation. Drive problem solving activities within the project using standard IFX trouble shooting methodologies, e.g. 8D, 5 Whys. Continuously focused on project quality, assesses progress and ensures that goals are met even in the face of challenges. Anticipate and pro-actively manage change while ensuring buy-in for change and is able to deal with ambiguity. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Masters / Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering or Science (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, etc.). Project Management Professional Certification (IPMA level C) mandatory. At least 10 years working experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment, with good exposure & understanding of both Packaging Development business processes & Manufacturing Operations environment & systematics. Great leadership in leading or coaching global backend organizations towards Manufacturing Excellence / Development Excellence through framework & deliverables, deployment strategies & approaches, sustainable systematic & harvesting methodologies across backend sites. Good track record of successful digitalization strategies, digital transformation & deployment across sites/ functions e.g. Data Knowledge Management, Data Analytics, AI applications & etc. Benefits What we offer you in Melaka Melaka is our biggest production site wordwide with more than 7000 employees.
