\xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding what the client or company wants to achieve. \xe2\x80\xa2 Defining the technical requirements and feasibility of a project. \xe2\x80\xa2 Making Site Visits, Preparing BOM, outlining timescales, costs and resources needed to design and deliver the allotted project. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborating with Client on developing new business opportunities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Making sure the work follows strict health and safety guidelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing step-by-step project plans, Project JSA & Method of Statement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Leading a multi-disciplinary project team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Negotiating with assigned contractors and suppliers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaising with staff at every level both with client and piers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Overseeing and multi-tasking of 2 -3 jobs at a time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring each stage of the project happens on time, on budget and to a high standard. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparations of progress reports and final project reports for the client and stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Resolving any issues or delays and coordinate solutions with HOD \xe2\x80\xa2 Working Experience: 3-4 years in related field
