Monitor and coordinate defect rectification works during the Defect Liability Period (DLP).
Conduct site inspections and ensure all defects are properly attended to within the required timeframe.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on rectification work progress.
Prepare and update defect tracking reports, including follow-up on outstanding items.
Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with contractual and safety requirements.
Assist the project team in handover documentation and closure of DLP obligations.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction site coordination or DLP management preferred.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
