Job description:

The Business Development Executive who background Mechanical Engineering / have experience in automotive industry will in-charge Project Development of the company.

Liaise with

Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customer

(Proton, Perodua, Toyota, Honda, Mazda, Suzuki, Kia, Hino), supplier and vendor.

Environment: Manufacturers Automotive Component Parts

Responsibilities include:

Responsible for overall Project Development (PDS) / Business Development Department (BDD)

activities such as related to feasibility study, tryout, testing, sample preparation and ensure project is completed within schedule at agreed cost and quality requirement. To coordinate and be responsible to customer on all matters related to

technical engineering.

Organize Task Force Committee meetings

in formulating concept, job distribution and development activities of new products.

Work with the Task Force and customer during tryout

, sample preparation and follow up of tools and dies fabrication.

Ensure all work is executed on schedule,

according to an agreed specification and within budget.

Cooperate with other section Executive

in producing related jigs, fixture, Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and other related document to ensure production line are smooth and effective.

Prepare material spec, Process Flow Chart, Manufacturing Plan

and

others

related document.

Coordinate with task force on APQP documents

and compilation on every stage including Project Sign Off.

Implementation of ISO/TS 16949

Quality System Procedure. Contribute to section

an idea of improvement activity

including kaizen activity circle.

Updating project progress report,

master development, schedule and other related report once monthly or upon request by PDS higher level.

Requirement:

Candidate Possess

Diploma/ Degree in Engineering Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Mechatronic or equivalent.

Advantage working in automotive industry. Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skill. Highly committed and able to work in fast paced environment and meet tight schedules. Self-motivated, team player with strong sense of responsibility and confidentially. Ability to interact with people at all levels. Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia (oral & written). Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Excel, Power Point & Words. Punctuality on attendance. 5 days working (Monday to Friday). Free Parking. Willing to travel (50% - to customer place) & work at Meru, Klang

Pay: RM2,341.06 - RM5,356.95 per month
