Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Engineer with strong experience in CNC precision engineering and manufacturing process development. This role involves supporting new product introductions (NPI), improving machining processes, and ensuring production efficiency and product quality that meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute CNC programming and assembly processes to meet customers' technical and quality requirements. Lead or assist in New Product Introduction (NPI) from prototype to mass production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (NPI, Production, Sales, and Quality) to ensure smooth project transitions and timely delivery. Review and interpret customer drawings and specifications; prepare technical documentation and process flow. Support process improvements for jigs, fixtures, and tooling design. Conduct training for machinists before mass production kick-off. Troubleshoot production and quality issues and coordinate corrective actions. Maintain documentation control according to ISO standards and company procedures.

Requirements

Diploma or higher in CNC Precision Engineering or related field. Proficient in CNC Programming, MasterCAM, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, and/or EdgeCAM. Strong understanding of CNC process control, ISO 9001, GD&T, and surface treatment processes. Experience in jig and fixture fabrication and continuous improvement activities. Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Basic Salary: RM5,000 - RM7,000 Attendance Allowance: RM100 Transportation Allowance: RM250 (Car) / RM150 (Motor) Medical Coverage: RM500 (Year 1-2), RM750 (Year 3), RM1000 (Year 4 onward) EPF, SOCSO, and other statutory benefits

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
