To act as main contact window with customer.
To manage customer communication and liaise with relevant departments within the company for tool modification.
Work with Quality Assurance team on customer complaints.
To work as a core team member for continual improvement.
Prepare and keep track of project status via Gantt Chart and liaise with relevant department based on tool fabrication progress.
To ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
To maintain Quality Management System and ensure ISO 9001:2015 documentation is properly implemented, avoiding production delay.
Fresh Graduates are most welcomed to apply.
Experience with Tool Fabrication and Injection Molding will be an added advantage.
