Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects. Monitor compliance with performance standards, specifications, and quality requirements. Prepare and manage

project proposals, budgets, and timelines

. Report regularly on project progress and performance to management. Interact with clients to understand and interpret their technical needs and requirements. Cooperate and communicate effectively with project managers and other project participants. Provide

technical assistance and support

to both clients and internal teams. Review engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions when necessary. Prepare and update detailed

project schedules and timelines

. Develop

preliminary machine designs or solutions

based on customer requirements. Track customer change requests and participate in client meetings as required. Prepare and present

progress reports

and documentation at project meetings. Track and monitor tasks against the approved project timing plan. Apply relevant

technical skills and engineering knowledge

to support customers and colleagues effectively.

Qualification Requirements:

Possess at least a

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

(Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) or equivalent. Preferably with

working experience

in machinery, automation, or industrial project management.

Special Skills & Attributes:

Strong project coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and clients. Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools. Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Independent, proactive, and willing to travel for on-site project assignments when required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
