Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle--from concept to completion. Translate design intent into practical construction solutions. Enhance engineering quality and compliance across all stages of the project. Ensure smooth technical coordination between stakeholders including consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal departments. Mitigate risks by proactively identifying design conflicts, technical challenges, and site execution issues. Ensure all works comply with regulatory bodies, safety codes, and client specifications. Maintain project documentation and technical reporting for audits, claims, and record-keeping. Optimize project performance through value engineering and sustainable construction solutions. Support the procurement team with technically accurate BOQ reviews and material specifications. Reduce rework, delays, and cost overruns through effective technical planning and oversight. Assist in developing and reviewing project technical scopes, plans, and design documents. Evaluate engineering drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for accuracy and constructability. Monitor and inspect on-site work to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety regulations. Provide real-time technical support and troubleshooting during construction activities. Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve discrepancies and interface issues. Review and validate method statements, material submittals, and ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans). Liaise with local authorities and ensure timely submission and approval of technical documentation. Conduct joint inspections with QA/QC and safety teams to uphold quality and safety standards.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferably with at least 3 years of civil engineering, operational and business development experiences Self-starter, resourceful, energetic, strong interpersonal and people management skills. High degree of maturity with good interpersonal skills & communication skills. Proficiency in English and Malaysian Language is required, both written and spoken. Work location is in Pulau Indah, Selangor

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
