JOB SCOPE:
The job scope and/or description for Project Engineer - Civil are define but not limited to as follow:
1. To ensure subcontractor's works are in accordance to contract specification, timeline and within project budgetary cost.
2. To attend meeting/discussion with relevant Authorities, Consultant & Client as/when required and prepare minute meeting & distributed to relevant parties.
3. To attend technical meeting/discussion as/when required.
4. To attend weekly or monthly site meeting as/when required.
5. To prepare material requisition and material delivery as per project requirement.
6. To ensure subcontractor's follow the approved work program for site execution.
7. To prepare weekly report and progress record are well maintained.
8. To ensure all documents (i.e. drawings, bill of quantity, site memo, Site Instruction, etc) properly issued to site supervisor and subcontractors.
9. To prepare monthly progress report and submitted on time.
10. To prepare submission or correspondence including engineering drawing for approval to relevant Authorities, Consultant, Client, etc.
11. To ensure all works inspected & RFI submitted properly signed by all parties as per contract obligation.
12. To ensure all queries/clarification raised by Client responded in timely manner.
13. To maintain record & project filing ie. drawings, RFI, site memo and other design & engineering document.
14. To liaise with Client on progress claim including inspection and preparation of all relevant documents.
15. To verify subcontractor's site progress and material delivered to site.
16. To ensure site compliance to Environment Health & Safety Requirement.
