Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all site construction activities.
Interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Supervise civil works including earthworks, drainage, road pavement, bridges, culverts, and related highway structures.
Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
Monitor daily progress and prepare site progress reports for management review.
Conduct inspection and quality checks to ensure compliance with standards, specifications, and client requirements.
Implement and maintain quality assurance and control procedures on-site.
Ensure all construction activities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Identify potential hazards on-site and work with the safety team to implement preventive measures.
Promote a culture of safety awareness among site personnel and subcontractors.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in civil construction, specifically highway or infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of road construction techniques, drainage systems, and geotechnical aspects.

Contract length: 14 months
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
